The training, held at the Assembly&#8217;s Records Management Unit Office, aimed to equip staff with the skills needed to effectively manage and maintain electronic records, aligning with the Local Government Service&#8217;s new records management system. Participants at the training workshop include Administrative Officers, MIS Officers, Records Management Staff and Human Resource Managers at the Assembly.<br>With the support of the Resource Person from Dziboax Consult, participants gained hands-on experience with the ERMS, learning best practices for digitizing, storing, and retrieving records. The training emphasized the importance of accurate record-keeping in enhancing transparency, accountability, and service delivery.<br>Addressing staff, the District Coordinating Director, Mr. Innocent Komla Gavua, highlighted the Assembly&#8217;s commitment to leveraging technology for improved governance. &#8220;Efficient records management is key to our operations.
