The essence of the public hearings was to solicit for the views, needs and aspirations of the people and use them as the basis for the plan preparation and also to ensure community ownership of the plan.<\/p>\n<p>Table 34 below presents the summary of the aspirations and needs of the people from the public hearing<\/p>\n<p><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"3\"
