Since 2018 the Government of Ghana has implemented a Performance Based Grant System (PBGS) known as the District Assemblies Common Fund – Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) in collaboration with Development Partners and key stakeholders. The programme assesses the performance of Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) using the District Assembly Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT). The assessment of MMDAs is part of efforts to improve the performance of District Assemblies in terms of efficiency, accountability and delivery of basic community services.
The Officials assigned to coordinate the assessment, together with management of Kadjebi District Assembly met briefly on 25th July, 2022 at the DPCU Conference room for briefing on the entire activity. The DCE in his opening remarks encouraged all Heads of Departments and Units to cooporate effectively and efficiently with the team of officials for a successful DPAT VI.
