KADJEBI DISTRICT ASSEMBLY ENHANCES RECORDS MANAGEMENT WITH ELECTRONIC SYSTEM TRAINING

Kadjebi, March 31, 2026 – The Kadjebi District Assembly today concluded a crucial training session for staff on the Electronic Records Management System (ERMS). The training, held at the Assembly’s Records Management Unit Office, aimed to equip staff with the skills needed to effectively manage and maintain electronic records, aligning with the Local Government Service’s new records management system. Participants at the training workshop include Administrative Officers, MIS Officers, Records Management Staff and Human Resource Managers at the Assembly.
With the support of the Resource Person from Dziboax Consult, participants gained hands-on experience with the ERMS, learning best practices for digitizing, storing, and retrieving records. The training emphasized the importance of accurate record-keeping in enhancing transparency, accountability, and service delivery.
Addressing staff, the District Coordinating Director, Mr. Innocent Komla Gavua, highlighted the Assembly’s commitment to leveraging technology for improved governance. “Efficient records management is key to our operations. This training positions us to serve our communities better,” he said.
The ERMS is expected to streamline processes, reduce paperwork, and improve access to information, ultimately boosting the Assembly’s effectiveness in delivering quality services to residents.
