KADJEBI DISTRICT ASSEMBLY PRESENTS 600 DUAL DESKS TO KADJEBI EDUCATION DIRECTORATE

As part of efforts to create a comfortable and conducive learning environment for students in the Kadjebi district, the Kadjebi District Assembly has procured 600 dual desks to be distributed to basic schools across the district. The Assembly led by Hon. Wilson Agbanyo; the DCE did an official handing over of these desks to the Education Directorate on 12th October, 2022.

The DCE in his speech made it clear that, these interventions are being put in place to help improve upon education, especially performance in BECE. He stated that, the supply of these desks is geared towards helping students gain some form of comfort and stability in the classroom environment for learning.

Hon. Wilson Agbanyo used the opportunity to encourage both parents and teachers to do their best towards supporting their wards to achieve the best of academic performance as required by the district and country at large. He concluded by challenging the education directorate to ensure effective monitoring and supervision of schools and teachers to help curb absenteeism and lateness.
